Vegan banana bread porridge

  • 1/2 cup rolled oat

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

  • 1 banana

  • 3 mojo dates

  • handful of hemp seeds or flax seeds

  • handful walnuts


  1. In a bowl, mash the dates and banana. If your dates are hard, soft them in little bit of hot water.

  2. In saucepan, add the banana, dates mixture, oats, and soy milk together.

  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-8 minutes. Add extra milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Before serving, add a handful of hemp seeds or ground flax seeds.

  5. Top with chopped walnuts
